How Do We Work

We are conscious of the fact that our business model faces a lot of challenges. Whether it is time zone differences hindering communication or data security issues. The costing of the project is always makes a point of conversation. We have figured out right processes and implemented it.

Pricing

Qthics Individual

We provide budgeted hours before selecting an individual client.

We furnish the budgeted hours for the work before commencing any project with an individual client. Our unique budgeting system considers the number and complexity of transactions.

Qthics Corporate

We provide budgeted hours before selecting an individual client.

For corporate clients, we allocate monthly or quarterly budgeted hours based on past activity levels and complexity. For instance, if the client has averaged 500 transactions per month over the last year

Qthics VAS

We provide budgeted hours before selecting an individual client.

Projects in our VAS division are always unique and have varying scopes. We cannot confirm to a fixed budgeting system. Our assessment is done on a project-by-project basis

Communication

Our top priority is clear and transparent communication. We believe it is better to over-communicate than under-communicate. The communication goals are related to CPA-specific and Client-specific communication.

In CPA-Specific communication, we ensure that client-specific work statuses are shared at regular intervals.

Data Security

In our three years of experience working with CPA firms, we have observed that data security is a default requirement and a basic expectation for any firm engaging with outsourcing partners. If CPA firms have their secure arrangements to share data, we utilize those mediums. If not, we employ our arrangement in our software tie-up, i.e., Asana, which features end-to-end encryption of data.
